Conditions for obtaining service

  1. The date of inspection shall be determined on the basis of an official letter submitted by the owner of the establishment in person or an official letter from the Greater Amman Municipality or the municipality to which the establishment belongs, through the licensing authority of this municipality, to be submitted to the Department of Prevention and Self-Protection or its affiliated Divisions in the Governorates.
  2. The information officer shall fill out the application form for the inspection with the necessary information about the establishment, ensure that all the information and documents are completed and set a date for the inspection and register on the inspection service record according to a specific schedule set by the head of the Works Permission Branch in proportion to the size of the staff and the type of project to be received.
  3. The inspection officer shall carry out the inspection of the establishment according to the time specified to ensure that the requirements of the Department of Prevention and Self-Protection are available and operational, then he shall write the inspection report and send a copy thereof to the licensing authority to respond with approval or disapproval, preserving a copy of this report in the establishment file, if any.
